It could be floaters, an eye doctor can check your retina. You might also want to talk to the doctor that prescribed the pain and sleep meds. It could be side effects from that too.

hi im that shadow from last week ill be next year when u think all this has gone away , the drugs are just an excuse ur on placebo's the real problem is the weed

Drugs prescription or otherwise can affect your vision and lack of sleep can make you see things. Try changing the drugs you take and try to get more sleep. Also why not speak to your doctor about it, that's what they are there for.

See an optician if there is any problem they can refer you on or if its just old cells then reassure you that nothing is wrong.

Have your eyes check. A friend of mine keep seeing a black dot..well.. Dr. found a small whole in her cornea

..yep I have had that from over doing sleeping tabs...but check with your doc as it may be that condition affercting the eye..I forget its name but its an eye thing..
