When I had virgin hair, I had so much hair that it would take me for ever to brush out. After dying my hair so many times (3x every year for 7 years), I have lost so much hair!

I stopped dying it now for about 6 months and I cut it short to give it the appearance of fuller hair but it is still really fine/thin.

What can I do to make it thicker again like I used to have it with out using the Rogaine! I don't want to depend on chemicals!

Please help!

I have a 55 gallon freshwater tank which has been established for a few months. I added 8 various African Cichlids and a Blue Lobster. The next morning the room its in smelled foul. I opened the tank and the water has a very sour smell to it. Does any one know what this is and is there anyway to remove it?

We bought a house that has a living room with a two-story high ceiling. Halfway up the walls (where a regular ceiling might be) there is a cornice (I guess that is what it is called -- it is an architectural detail that extends about an inch out from the wall and is about three inches high. There are actually two of them, side-by-side, extending around the room, with a three-inch flat part between the two).

I have no idea how to paint this room. Should I paint the whole wall (including the cornice) one color? Should I paint a different color above the cornice and on the ceilings? Should I paint the walls the same color, but paint the cornice a different color? I know the colors I like (sage greens, tans, browns, etc) -- and then I planned to paint the ceiling a beige color. However, the walls and this cornice thing have me stumped.

My apartment is a mess, I do schoolwork but at the last minute, I can hardly wake up in the morning, etc.
I've always been sort of "lazy", but I'm 20 years old and I feel like now I should start to change - but it's difficult! I've been this way my whole life and I just don't know how to go about motivating myself to DO MORE.

My husband is 49 yrs old and is a recovering alcaholic/pot user he has been clean for more that 3yrs now, over the last year or so I have noticed some strange things, ie joinging chatrooms for people looking to hook up sexually, recently he has been chatting iwith a women online who only lives about 1hrs away, yesterday she sent him a very personal e-mail card thanking him for his wonerfreindship, she signed it with about 10 kisses. I confronted him but he said there was nothing to worry about she was someone he met online in passing and did not expect card like that, he did msn messager her telling her not to contact him again, but was that because I stood beside him and told him to do so??? what shoul I think

Well, I want to do a strip tease for my boyfriend, but I honestly am terrible at those types of things! I think I would just make myself look like an idiot! I've been doing the Carmen Electra dvds and she actually teaches you a dance, so I don't think I'll be too bad at all... I bought the cheapest PC I saw on Dell.com (processor=2.53MHz Mem=256Mb).
Later, when my cash flow improved (paid off credit cards) I bought a 1GB chip from BestBuy and installed it (thank you Geeks who taught me how to install & make sure installed components are installed correctly).
I've noticed an increase in speed...but it's only barely appreciable (not quite as fast as the Internet Explorer where I work).

Am I better off buying another 1GB?

Will aother GB overwhelm my processor?

Do I have to buy a computer with a stronger processor if want to download a 2 min. video game trailer in less than 45 damn minutes?

Must I shell out my dollars to AT&T (DAMN THEM!!) for high speed Internet access or can I find a decent dial upper like Earthlink (who's giving me a free 6 mnth trial w/computer purchase)?

I can't call myself a Geek (my Geekish tendencies are limited to Star Trek, Star Wars, Dune & anything [scifi or not] on paper) but I recognize their superiority.
