1. Their discipline.
2. Their obedience
3. Their dedication
4. There tenacity
5. Their simple lifestyle

If they had little flexibility to change and willingness to respect others viewpoint Chennai would have been the commercial and IT capital of India.

Chennai can never become IT capital of India because of its very backward city and people are so conservative.
