So tonight was fun. I went to get in my car after leaving work to find my parking lights were left on. So when I had to drop back into work real quick not 5 minutes later, and had to restart my car it gave me trouble. Eventually it started, and i attributed it to my being an idiot and leaving the lights on. So i decided to take the car on a bit of a drive to ensure the battery got a little charge. About 10 or 15 minutes later the temperature guage was through the roof and in the red zone. I saw a little steam coming from under the hood so i stopped at a friends and let it cool down. I put coolant in when it got cold but the low coolant light is still on. I've had to put coolant in my car about once every month or two since I rear ended a tacoma about a year and a half ago... How much is it going to be to have a diagnostic run on this? Any ideas as to what the problem might be?

Dont you just love this song. For me this song means something really important and I can relate to past incidents in my life. WHat does it mean to you?

Dont you think that true artist like them are kind of rare and people need to stay away from pop "divas" who basically are just teenagers and brats? What do you think is absent in the music industry?

This is an 80s or 90s movie. It might have a karate theme. All I remember is a kid and a mean old lady. The kid is outside on a porch and has a cup of liquid and an empty cup. He keeps pouring it back and forth from cup to cup. The mean witch pulls a knife on him and threatens to cut his tongue off because I think he sticks it out at her.

My mother recently passed away. At her death bed, my sister had asked for her forgiveness, and to show her a sign that she has been set free and lifted of the burden she has carried for a long time. Two days later, a big white heron mysteriously appeared on the rooftop of the neighbor's house across from theirs. I've been told something about green potatos several times, but I think it's a wives tale and I've been hearing it since I was little when my parents used to make me scrub spuds for supper. I am a young unwed mother, and my entire life my own mother spoke to me of the evils of the catholic church. However, my boyfriend of almost 2 years is catholic, and I love the values him and his family share. And I want to give my child(ren) the solid foundation of faith that I never had. And I sure could've used it during my seriously messed up childhood! But it is a big step.

I believe in God.
I believe in prayer.
But can I truly become whole-heartedly catholic?? I want to...but I'm scared.

Has anyone else done it? Was it hard leaving old beliefs behind? Also, my mother doesn't approve, so I would only have my boyfriend's catholic family as my support system...would you do it in my shoes???

I am a now an atheist who was raised Baptist and who converted to Catholicism when I married my very Catholic husband. I don't go to church any more, except for funerals or weddings and maybe Christmas and Easter. My employer currently offers a traditional 401k (tax deferred contributions and gains) but being rather young, I'd prefer to have a Roth 401k (post-tax dollar contributions and tax free withdrawals upon retirement). It doesn't cost a company anymore to offer this benefit (not considering employer matching contributions) but it could be somewhat of an administrative burden, especially to initially set it up.

How do I convince my company that this is something they should do?
