Vague question...

First of all how did you file your tax return - mailed in, e-filed/netfiled or telefiled? E-filing or net-filing will get your refund faster than mailing it in.

Other factors to consider:

1. Do you owe CRA money?
2. Do you owe any other govt agency money - ie EI, GST, CCTB, Justice, etc?


If you answer yes to the above questions, chances are they applied your "refund" to your debt first.

And when did you file your tax return? If you file before last week, your Tax Centre will have it processed in approx. 4 weeks. That is, if there's nothing wrong with your return...
