This is an 80s or 90s movie. It might have a karate theme. All I remember is a kid and a mean old lady. The kid is outside on a porch and has a cup of liquid and an empty cup. He keeps pouring it back and forth from cup to cup. The mean witch pulls a knife on him and threatens to cut his tongue off because I think he sticks it out at her.

The Goonies. They go into the restaurant & get a drink & one og them is pouring them from cup to cup. The old Frateli lady pulls out a knife & was going to cut his tongue out.
