i've realized that i've forgotten, and have experienced some incredible things through trascendental meditation. what we THINK we are is an illusion. what we ARE (as in I AM) is beyond my current ability to define.

I think we have forgotten many parts of our spiritual identities. The illusion is that we are separate from each other and from the creator. I can't explain how we are connected, but somehow, through our thoughts or energies, we are all one.
I'm sure I've forgotten more than I can possibly remember in this lifetime.

Have you forgotten that you have forgotten? no.
Do I remember who I truly am? Yes. Have I accepted who I really am? yes.
Do I know what is real? yes
Do I know what is an illusion? yes.
Even if out answers don't match we walk along different paths perhaps heading in the same direction?

I don't know--I forgot. But, I do know what is real. Put your hand in a fire, don't pay your taxes and you'll find out. I do know what is an illusion/ Thank God that some of my dreams don't come true.

I never knew. It's not a case of remembering; no human can tell what is real about themselves because reality is not a singularly defined truth. That which is ourselves serves to shape the way in which we view what is real. The separation of "what you are" from "reality" is totally impossible for me or anyone else to perform.
