I am new to this so please correct me if I am wrong here:

1. Foreclosure properties are sold by institutions such as banks when someone defaults (fails to pay) on the loan. They can be dirt cheap or still pretty pricey depending on how much of the loan had been paid off.

2. Foreclosures are not the same as Government Tax Properties.

3) What are Government Tax Properties? Do they cost as low as 300 bucks? And do you own the entire property after just paying 300 bucks - or whatever the cost is? That seems too cheap that I feel it is a scam.

4) Any other cheap ways of buying properties?

We usually store sensitive client data on external hard drives and lock the drives in safes. However, busines travel requires my people to carry sensitive client data on laptops. How do I protect this data. In a worst case situation and the laptops are loss, how can I prevent people from reading the data? I hear VISTA can encrypt the data on laptops, Is this true?

Our neighbor is suing us for violation of CCR's, not asking for money, but an injunction against us and future owners to not have a skateramp, shed, tent, or music studio. I thought what I did in my own home and backyard was my business. The skateramp is gone, but was never in violation of any city codes. We have no music business. the "tent" is a boat cover. and the shed is not covered by CCR's because archetectural committe is defunct now. City says they are not concerned with the shed being too close to fenceline. Plaintiff attorney sent a threatening letter to our last broker and current broker about the suit and will not respond to me about my past requests for meet and confers, does not inform me of court dates and in general is a sleeze. Help. I have been on worker's comp over a year, am low on money, but have been in the court system as a court reporter for over 25 years. thanx in advance/

I get irritated by some of the questions I read. Like people who have no experience with breeding, but want to breed their mixed breed dog. But why don't people understand that when you are mean you are not getting your point across? Mean answers get ignored, and I know because I ignore the mean answers I get. Rather than being mean, why don't people try to get their point across in a nice way? You can say the same thing in a nice way, and people might Actually listen to what you have to say.

my x told me that in the end of time revalation i think its called. only the people with some kind of a mark will be able to buy are sell but i cant remeber if she said it was the mark of the beast 666 are what,but she allso told me that the mark would be on peoples body ,and some people today have allready have this mark,and people have been seen using it to by stuff at strore,and just draging the mark over the scanner, i no it sounds nuts but its kind of interesting can some one fill me in.
