Absolutely hardwork to me. I found myself sucess even when I'm had been hardwork but fail. Sucess is an process itself, not the result! You can't "fell" the value of your sucess if you don't "fell" the value of your hardwork. Sucess depend on your luck is just by coincidence, easy come - easy go...

There's a song in a Chinese dialect that sings 30% of our success depends on our luck and 70% on hardwork. Perhaps it might be true also? I think both play a part but I don't know to what extent or which one is greater or is it 50/50.

Hard work. There's no such thing as luck. You create your own luck. What you believe, what you attempt & work hard at is what you create. If you believe good things can happen & take the steps toward your dreams then you can make them come true. If you believe bad things will happen & are afraid to try anything then you will have"bad luck" because it's what you expect...Success depends on persistence. More than talent, more than intelligence, more than anything, you just have to keep trying. You just never give up. Many people give up not realizing how close they were to success. They give up because it was too hard. Nothing worth having in life comes easy.

Hard work produces an abundance of good luck; the more you work the more you 'get lucky' and meet people who can help you along the way. By working hard you'll naturally attract people who appreciate what you do and if you communicate openly with them, don't be closed or tight lipped, they will give you tips and hints to get where you want to go.
Of course, you could trip over a suitcase of hundred dollar bills, that, my dear is Blind Luck...

It is our arrogance rather than knowledge that makes us believe that we achieved success. We can just do our duty which is of course hard work... success is not in our control. Having done our hard work, if we are a believer, we would depend on God's grace and if we are not, we would look for amenable environment and other people's congruent actions for success to be ensured.

According to Thomas Alva Edison, the great American inventor (1847-1931), he said, "Genius is one percent inspiration and ninety-nine percent perspiration". I think it is a matter of doing something with all your heart, head and strength, then its due success will come soon. Unless you do anything, you simply wait for luck alone; I can assure you the said success will never come.

It's dependant on what you are focused. If it is hard work then it will be. If you are excited and expectant then maybe it will seem like luck
