I plan on increasing my intake of vitamines, minerals, fish oils, calcium, etc. Anyone out there know of a chart stating the adverse effects of overdose or toxicity on vitamines? I would be greatly appreciative of ANY leads or direct knowledge. I'm a little worried I can toxify my system if I mix and match, like if lutein and selenium might be harmful taken together in certain amounts.

I Had a baby on the 1 of november and bleed for three weeks and havent had a period yet and its now Feb 7 and i been having unprotive sex because me and my husband want another baby but i took a preg test a week ago and it said negative could i still be preg?

What does a guy really think when a girl tells him that she wants to save herself until marriage? I've been accused of everything from being a prude to old-fashioned to immature...what would you, as a guy (not speaking for all, but just yourself) think if a girl told you that she wants to wait until marriage to give up her virginity? (But not necessarily opposed to all things that fall in the sexual category.)

morning: a cup of skim milk (100mL - 250mL) and a cup of hospital ensure (a shake that has 230 calories, and heaps of the vitamins and minerals)

recess break: an average sized piece of lite ingham chicken (like, no fat) and a banana

lunch break: a fruit strap (no sugar) and an apple

afterschool: another cup of ensure, and after that a slice of beef with bread

later: another slice of beef with bread

before bed: 300mL skim milk

**sometimes, i eat a packet of chips

I am 13 years old today this guy I liked was talking to his friend and I was in line ready to go out to the green house I looked at him real hard then he looked at me hard while he was talking to his friend then when my mom went and picked me up from school we drove passed him on my way home I was in the back seat and my sister was in the front I looked at him and he looked at me and I just turned away he is always looking at me Does this mean he likes me?By the way he has a child by a girl in my class.

It's an herb provided by God just as all things on the earth are. These things were given to God's creatures to use as they see fit. They can tax it, but to ruin lives and place a burden on the rest of society in order to incarcerate those who partake in the herb is morally bankrupt.
God will not judge those who disrupt his providing for his people kindly. And you can bet that HE (whether Allah, Jesus, God or whatever your spirituality prays to or calls the Creator) will have harsh words for those that have ruined lives and destroyed His people for the sake of a misguided racist war on His herb.
I will not support any candidate that does not push for a 100% amnesty to all those incarcerated on marijuana charges and the elimination of all criminal penalties associated with marijuana except driving under the influence or otherwise placing people in danger through use. As with the harm associated with tobacco, the lies associated with the prohibition on marijuana have been laid bare.

I just did LASIK eye surgery about 2 weeks ago. When I came back to work, I gave the medical certificate letter (which was give by the doctor) to my company's HR department to excuse me for 3 days from work. However, my letter didn't accept by them. The reason given by them was "Lasik Surgery is not due to illness or injury". According to my HR department, A valid medical certification must be due to illness only. Is this true?

Don't we want men who fight with their moral beliefs and not at the whim of some other misinformed, misled, uncaring leader? Why should we punish men for having good morals?
