It sounds like you have an educated and mature belief. Their response seems like the immature one.
If they can't be mature enough to respond well to your personal beliefs (name calling, etc.), then how are they mature enough for sex?
Sex is the easy part. It's everything else that's tough to figure out. If worse came to worse (pregnancy), would you want to have to live or deal with these guys the rest of your life?
Even if you later decide to have sex before marriage, at least remember that. If not for marriage, then at least for somebody who respects you.
"LastManDancing" has a point, too. A lot of guys might say the same thing. But that's his personal choice. You seem pretty content with your choice so don't let others convince you otherwise. Maybe you could find somebody who feels like you, too.

A Really Good Christian (preparing to be in the ministry) Guy will
be the only one expecting this....all other guys will think you are not only a prude but also teasing them if you continue to date forever and never get intimate. I'm sorry but if you choose to date people of unlike convictions it's going to be like this. Besides, ask yourself, which guy would you be overcome with so much passion that you would give in? Date him and then see what kind of convictions you have? Everybody has a limit...for most guys its after you say hello.

I have dated a few women like that. It was perfectly fine with me. I never even saw an issue in it. After all, I was looking for a serious relationship with a woman, not someone to just satisfy my needs.
Don't worry about anything. In fact, it is even a bonus to tell men that at the beginning. If he is just looking for someone to have sex with, then you will avoid all the usual hassle that women have to put up with from those kinds of pigs. The only men that will stay after you tell them are good men looking for a serious relationship.
Good luck. And don't let stupid people tell you what is important in life. It is yours, so enjoy it the way you want.
And please remember, any man who says you are being unrealistic or a prude, is just a pig looking to get laid!

It doesn't really matter what the guy thinks ... what matters is what YOU think!
Depending on the guy and his age, he might think you're "playing hard to get" or not really serious about waiting (especially if you do other things that "fall into the sexual category"). He might think you're pushing him into marriage.
But again, you've made a very mature decision for yourself. If he respects you, he'll respect your decision. But you might be sending a double message if you're doing other sexual things. Be careful.
Good luck!

As long as she wasnt opposed to "all things that fall in the sexual category" I honestly dont think it would pose a problem for Me. But I must say, I'd never stop trying to convince her otherwise.

If he were any kind of man he would have some respect for you and he would understand and be fine with it. Don't put your values in someone elses hands!

If any guy you tell this to gets mad, that means he's just upset that he can't jump your Chocodiles. Remember, there's only one thing that's ever on the male brain: Jumpin' Chocodiles.
