Seems ok, but yeah you need some vegetables. If like me, you seriously hate 'em, then take Centrum as well. But that's fine if you're just watching the calories.

Sounds great if you want to starve.

In general, you should go with plenty of bread, fruits, and vegetables, along with a bit of meat. Eat when you're hungry, but try to train yourself to eat at regularly scheduled times.

Strict diets aren't the best thing, mostly because most people don't know their own nutrition requirements, and diets such as this get very boring. Half the point of eating is for the fun of it. (The other half is to not die).

What happend to the veggies? You need to eat some veggies to help round out this diet even though you are drinking the Ensure. Ensure should not be a substitute for fresh and cooked veggies.

Terrible. You need vegetables. See the Harvard food pyramid. Don't depend on suplements. You can overdoes on the wrong vitamins. Drink lots of water as well. Go natural. Chips are terrible.

No. You need veggies and cereals. Whole grains. Either lean meat or protein things like peanuts or beans.

5 servings of fruit and veggies each day. Cereal each day, some whole grain bread.
