All the branches. But some fights involve only certain parts of the military because the Army cannot have a Navy battle. And the Navy usually can not occupy land.

Every single branch of military goes to war. If you are referring to the Coast Guard and National Guard, the Coast Guards did go to Vietnam and a small group of National Guards were sent to Iraq. So basically any branch of the military goes to way, it's an obvious rhetorical question. It's not a military if it has nothing to do with war.
Also, each branch of the military has it's purpose in war. Army and Marines wage conventional infantry warfare (infantry includes mechanical infantry and tanks, also with some air). While the Navy wages naval warfare with battleships, frigates, some cruisers, and submarine (also, again, with air too by carriers) to establish naval supremacy and supports both air and land operations too. While the Air Force wages aerial warfare for aerial suppority, also supports land and naval forces. Coast Guards protect the coast lines and etc. by air, naval, but very few land if at all, they do not do actual offensive operations but do wage war when it happens. National Guard is to defend the U.S. homeland, they fight by land, air, and water if needed.

All of them. They all have different units and responsibilities. I'm a veteran of Bosnia and Kosovo and I met guys from all branches of the military.

all of them though the army and marines see the most ground based fire, the airforce drops bombs and so on when needed and they ship tons of goods in for the support of the other forces and the navy is likely in the arabian gulf out there too.
