They charged the amount in full twice, how can I get my money back ASAP. They told me they have to wait till my payment clears their account? It's a credit card, it's a automatic payment. I need the money back today and their saying it's going to take 6 to 10 days. Is there anything I can do? Should I file a police report for theft? They were not authorized to run my credit card.

I am looking for a crib and so far my favorite is the da vinci emily convertable crib. But i was looking at it and the front rail doesnt go down like I have seen other cribs do. it is 42" high so I dont know if that is why or what but I would like some imput from other people. THanks

I deliver pizzas for a living, and what the supervisor (the supervisor of my manager) wants to do this experiment. He wants to have a ton of drivers in the store so when a driver comes back from a delivery he or she would have to wait his or her turn, which would mean less $ per driver. He wants to do this so he would not have to hire anyone who wants to work inside only. The drivers would have to do the inside work when they are waiting.

I have a 4 month old baby that goes to her Grandmas house everyday from 8 - 5p.m. Well, she sneezes a lot over there and cries all day for her. We have tried everything from changing her formula to getting my baby on medication to keep her stomach in order because we blamed it on stomach problems. While my babies problems went away at home (my home) they continued over at grandmas house. The only thing I can link it to is their dog. It has a skin infection and it is constantly itching and his dander flys everywhere. This dog smells so bad. It all began in the summer when they were giving him flea baths because he was infected w/fleas, well, that dried out his skin and now he constantly itches. I think my baby might be allergic to this dog. Since they cannot afford to take this dog to the vet, is there a remedy out there that is natural that you can use on a dog w/itchy skin? Maybe if he stopped itching and his dander was under control, my baby might be happier.

My boyfriend (soon to be fiance) has signed a 4-year contract for the Canadian American Team. I want him to go but he says that he will quit for me in a second. I want him to follow his dream because this is his ticket to the "big time". I know that when he comes back we are going to get married and start our life together. I hear on the radio and the news about how these athletes are cheating on their wives and I am having second thoughts. Who knows what he will be doing whilehe is away. I mena I trust him but everyone knows how it is when you don't see your girlfriend for a while. I know I will hold it down for him but will love cause him to make the right decision? If he has to go how can I tell him how i feel?

I'm just curious.
I've heard the government can refuse to hire people if they've been hospitalized for it. There are jobs I'd love to go for, but I'm worried they'd do a background check, find out about how I was hospitalized for it, and refuse to hire me. And I'm thinking it would be legal for them to. Is it?
I am considering going into social work to help people who also suffer from depression. Will this get in the way of that?

Bill Gates dies in a car accident.

He finds himself being sized up by God. "Well Bill, I'm really
confused on this call. I'm not sure whether to send you to Heaven or Hell.
After all, you enormously helped society by putting a computer in almost every
home, yet you created that ghastly Windows 95. I'm going to do something
I've never done before. I'm going to let you decide where you want to
go."

Bill replied: "Well, what's the difference between the two?"
God said "I'm willing to let you visit both places briefly, to see if
it will help your decision." "Fine, but where should I go first?" Bill
replied. God said "I'll leave that up to you."

"Okay then" said Bill, "let's try Hell first." So Bill went to Hell.
It was a clean, sandy beach with clear water and lots of beautiful women
running around, playing in the water,laughing & frolicking about.
The sun was shining, the temperature perfect. He was very pleased. "This is
great. If this is Hell, I really want to see Heaven."

His wish was granted. Heaven was a place high in the clouds, with
angels drifting about, playing harps and singing. It was nice, but not as
enticing as Hell. Bill thought for a minute, and rendered his decision.
"Hmmm.
I think I'd prefer Hell."

"Fine," retorted God, "as you desire." So Bill Gates went to Hell.
Two weeks later, God decided to check on the late billionaire and see
how he was doing in hell. There was Bill, shackled to a wall screaming
amongst flames in a dark cave, being burned and tortured by demons. "How's
everything going?"

Bill responded in an anguished voice. "This is awful. This is nothing like
the Hell I visited two weeks ago. I can't believe this is happening.What
happened to the other place, with the beaches and the beautiful women
playing in the water?"

"Oh," God said, "that was Hell 3.1. This is Hell 95."
