Visual basic 6.0

Create database from data form wizard.
(0) go add-ins manager menu
(1)select data form wizard
(2)A data form wizard window is now open
(3)click next in this window
(4)select access/remote(odbc) type you want
(5)click next
(6)enter the data base name
(7)select single record/grid/master/ms chart of any one
(8)Also choose binding type (ado data control, ado code, class)
(9)choose fields in the available type
(10)click next
(11)select buttons of you want
(12)click next & click finish.
