I swear, everytime I peel boiled eggs, the inside comes off with the shell! I've waited until they are completely cooled, ran them under water while peeling, made sure the eggs were fresh, and made sure the she was sufficiently cracked before peeling. THIS REALLY FRUSTRATES ME!!!!! Any tips? Thanks to everyone!!!

I've been told that when it's "the one", you'll know. I've now went to three bridal shops, tried on upteen many dresses, and so far I've only narrowed it down to a designer. I still feel like there's something missing, like it's not quite right. Has anyone else went through this? All of my friend's found theirs right away.

sort of like the cakes at a supermarket bakery. I know, I know...not what most people think of when they think "homemade" but my boyfriend loves them so I am trying to find a good recipe. Any suggestions?

I have owned cats all my life and left home while we still had 7 in the house.. indoor and outdoor (by each one's own choice) I have had lots of cats and have never had so much trouble with this cat now.

Our current kitty (appropriately named 'Beast' ) is.. kind of scary.

He's kind of a teenage kitty, almost adult, but still something of a kitten. So, he likes to have spaz attacks and run around the house like a lunatic for a while. That I can tolerate, but he does do it more often than any other cat i've known, and it goes on for forever! He's indoor only, and was brought in from the outside. He has various toys.. A few store bought ones that dingle and a mouse, but his favorites are a tic tac box with corn in it, and plastic bags (with holes, and supervised, dont worry!) He gets REALLY aggresive and scratches and bites sometimes when you want to pet him (or just stand in view of him) Other times he's really cuddly and wants attention.

I live in northern Vermont, where it is obviously cold. When the dryer is not in use and you open the door you can feel cold air really coming in through the vents in the back. I checked outside and the vent there is closed like it should be when the dryer is off.

After many many weeks of testing, horrible pain in my shoulder and neck and several misdiagnoses, doctors found that I had an 8" abcess of the plural space which was also pressing on my liver. I also had pneumonia. All the specialists that were consulted on my case were shocked by my final diagnoses, especially considering what seemed like unrelated symptoms and said that they had never really seen this type of thing, they had no idea what caused it (they did ask me if I raised birds or if I had been out of the country) and weren't exactly sure how to treat it. Has anyone else heard of anything similar to this and what kind of treatment was done?

Two questions on the fifth ammendment:

It appears that the 5th ammendment was designed to prevent forced confessions, but it is well known that when the court requires you to answer a question, then failure to do so constitutes contempt of court. Technically, while in custody, you could be punished for your answer in court. Can a person cite the fifth at will when questioned in the court of law?

It is well known that other people may possess knowledge which could incriminate others. Therefore any question which requires a person to reveal the identities of others may be incriminating to oneself in a variety of ways. Knowledge of a person violating the law can be criminal. Identification of that person could cause them to reveal incriminating information directed at oneself or could direct the authorities to investigate things which could be incriminating to oneself. Can a person cite the 5th ammendment when asked about the identities of others who may have violated the law?
