I'm a 21 yr old female and I'm 5'7 with a heavy chest. I'm a natural 38DD, that's where all my weight is, I'm just looking to tone up everything else, I'm a size 10 working to get to a size 8 or 6, do you think getting a breast reduction will help for weight loss or should I just do upper body workout?

I do not get along with the world. I have been diagnosed with PTSD and I understand how that works but how do I change it without drugs, or religion? I have read that the neural pathways in my brain are to blame for the way I see the world. I see the world in a very negative light. So how do I get rid of the old neural pathways and form new ones. How do I change myself at the core of who I am?

The thing is I dated this girl, we broke up, but were still friends, now we are best friends. I am like part of her family, literally, I went to her Holiday stuff. doesn't matter what course am taking, its just a how to write a thesis thing. will not be graded that much about how i defended the topic, but of how i really just "know" how to write a thesis properly.. its for a college civilizations class. any ideas?

i think i would like a topic that has a lot of resources where i can research from. maybe i would like something about psychology, about kids maybe...but am not sure how to narrow it down.. and/or of something interesting and fun to do a thesis on. nothing heavy like politics and stuff.. >.<

It is my wife and I's tenth anniversary, this valentines day. She is homemaker who lives for shopping therefore there is nothing we can afford that she doesn't already have. I would appreciate some ideas on what to get or do for her with $500 dollars or less. By the way i'm 29 she's 30, and we have two children. If those are points to be considered.
