A babysitter and a bottle of wine.
No really.. jewlery is always a good idea. A necklace maybe. It doesn't have to be expensive, a small semi-precious stone pendant would suffice, possibly with the birth stones of your children.
If you make it a night that she'll never forget, the gift doesn't mean as much as the gesture.
Take her out to dinner at a fancy restaurant, talk about your life together, how good things have been. Then give her the gift after the dinner.
Or if you want to incorporate the kids and make it slightly cheaper, then make a home cooked meal with the kids, making her sit and watch, or you could send her out for some silly errand while you cook. Put candles on the table. When your wife returns, or just have her get in her seat, have the kids (who I hope are at least 6 or older for this to work) serve you the meal you all created as if it was a restaurant and she was the only guest there is. Then present the gift at the end, or have the kids giver her the gift.
Fanciful and romantic I know, but it's always the thought that counts. The more you do for her the more she sees you still love her. Maybe giver her a foot massage. A coupon for a day spa. Something fun.

Rather than buying her something why don't you plan a weekend getaway for just the two of you at some nice, but not too expensive hotel. That way, the two of you can get away from the house and the kids for a night or two and have a nice romatic dinner somewhere. Maybe, they will even have a hot tub in the room that's big enough for the two of you. If they do and you decide to put something in it to make it a bubble bath a bit of a warning: put very little in, because the jets will make a LOT of bubbles!
Have fun!

Give her the world - They make gorgeous semi-precious stone inlaid globes - they even make small ones on a chain - It will be very romantic - not too expensive and you can get a spa day certificate and arrange for a 24 hour baby sitter to complete the gift - after the day of pampering - take her to dinner - then bust out with some words of love and encouragement - dont forget to include "I struggled with the perfect gift for the woman that has given me everything, I promised to love you forever and to give you the world" give her the gift and enjoy your evening!

Pay for her to get a nice day at a spa to be pampered and relax, have massage, facial, her hair and makeup done, etc. That would be fun for her. Also give her chocolates and roses and a romantic meal together as these are a must for every Valentine's day.

All black women human beings have not got huge noses or thick lips or the comparable texture of hair or sparkling epidermis or enormous butts or perhaps dark epidermis. maximum human beings of black individuals are blended race whether they do no longer seem to be to you - that is motives why maximum black individuals do no longer look like Africans. i don't be attentive to what women human beings people who've spoken on own hygiene are putting around yet perhaps you're able to desire to locate a greater effectual classification of human beings to affiliate with.

Easy! Use your imagination and make something. The best thing I have ever gotten from my husband is and hand made card. It really says a lot. Go to the craft store and really spend time making her something sweet. I would also get a sex game from the sex store and give it to her. Can't hurt to spice things up. Oh yeah, make her dinner and arrange for someone to babysit (You arrange not her) and don't tell her about it. Could possibly be the best present ever!

If she's got everything that she can buy why don't you make her something. I think like a photoframe with maybe yours and your children's handprints and underneith 'We love you Mum'. Or make a collage or something really meaningful. Also buy her a nice necklace. Drop the kids off with a babysitter, cook her a nice mean meal, a relaxing evening together! Sounds perfect to me!

Just show her your true love and affection. Show her that you are still happy to be together after 10 yrs. Drop the kids off with someone, check into a nice hotel and spend a romantic night together.

i think that you should take her out one night just you and her..without the kids and enjoy dinner at a very fancy restaraunt. while eating to her you should give her a little speech such as "ten years have passed, yet my love still remains to just you..thank you" or something cheesy like that and give her another diamond ring while kneeling..
