I have the time to oversee my portfolio so I don't want to hand over my money to a fund manager. I am acceptable of risk (I have 30+ years until retirement), but need to know what a decent portfolio should look like for someone my age. Should I go all small-cap? Should I go all international? Thanks!

Most women like to control their husbands to a degree (or think they do). Building Endurance..?

I can barely run a mile, I can do it in maybe 7 minutes but Im dead tired after it. I want to start working at it because Im enlisting in the Marines next year so I think I should get in the shape now. Ive lifted weights since Middle School and strength isnt a problem in enlisting.

But how can I build my endurance on a treadmill? How much should I try to run and how fast for the first couple days, the next couple weeks, and so on?
