aside the obvious of making sure that your baby gets the proper nutrition so the developmental process is better, its also a good idea to get in the habit of taking them and making the prenatal vitamins a daily routine. All the necessary vitamins are in them for yourself and the baby...

They aslo suggest you continue taking them after you have the baby...

Pre natals are loaded with all the extras that women need for their bodies, pregnant or not! So getting your body in optimal shape is a good start before bringing baby into the picture.

watever u take, is pass on and utilised by the baby too,hence vitamins are supplement to natural sources to help curb any growth abnormalities
