in a friendship where i am very insecure...i am jealous of my friend's personality ..i realize this is my character flaw and not hers but i feel like dumping her cause it cause me so much anxiety..should i dump her or should i continue to work on my insecurity and jealousy with my therapist...sometimes it seems so much easier to just run away from the problem

So Irish people must be of Gaelic native ancestry, cnt be same as saxons danes etc as England, their way of life is different , they tend to be united , jst everything about them is different so i cant understand when people say they are just as same as rest of British.

buildin a 12 by 16 or 14 deck............gonna attatch the ledger to the house (bout 3 feet off ground)........all the sites im seeing are saying to use peirs on the outer rim joist..........cant i just attatch this to the posts that i concrete in post holes?......these posts will also support my handrail........i was thinking about notching the posts also so the rim, and outer joists sit in flush.......(notch the post 1-1/2 deep 5-1/2 wide........or should i leave the post in tact, and bolt through it

I often have dreams where i fall asleep - well I think I do! But i'm not really asleep. Everything is the same in my bedroom apart from one detail - my bedroom door is always ajar - I fall asleep (so I think) and I wake up and realise something isn't right, something is out of place but I think its ok cos I am awake only next thing someon is standing over me and then tries to smother me I'm screaming and thrashing about (well I think I am but I have asked my parents why they didn't come and help and they have said they have never heard me screaming) Because it is so real I think its happening and then I wake up gasping for breath. Thats just one of my dreams the others are just as bad and I've had these dreams for years! Can you tell me what they're about?

I am getting a scan done soon to check my gallbladder cause i am having some problems that seem to be indicating it mightnt be functioning correctly.i know its not done in every case but i know that the gallbladder is removed altogether in certain cases.my doc said briefly your body can do without the gallbladder but he said ideally it wouldnt be desirable to take it out.a few other people have told me some people dont think its a good idea removing the gallbladder.it may never happen to me but i would just like to know the reasons why some people are against it.i cant find anything with search engines.thank you everyone

My son is 4.5 months old and has been on breastmilk only. I tryed giving him formula few times - once at the mall (it's easier), once when I tought he was still hungry because I did not have enough milk, but he does not want it AT ALL! I tried then few more times when he was really hungry - nothing!
I tryed mixing it with breast milk, again no success...
He is getting bigger and my milk alone wont be enough probably soon.
How can I make him start drinking Formula once in a while?
