what kind of bond is sodium hydroxide - S(OH), calcium floride - CaF, zinc iodine - ZnI, potassium sulfate - K(SO4), Ammonium oxide - (NH4) O, and Iron Carbonate? i just need to know if they are ionic or covalent.

They are all ionic. There is no ammonium oxide. There is ammonium hydroxide.
