When it is someone's name

Ie: Father, may I go to the store?

Or a title, like a priest (Father James)

Any other time, it's not capitalized.

The only time you capitalize Father is when you are referring to a priest as in Father Malone or to God in a prayer Our Father who art in Heaven for example. Otherwise it's just a regular noun and doesn't need a capital ,unless it starts a sentence for example Father said if I didn't learn grammar I 'd never make it in the world.

Father should only be capitalized when it is

a) at the beginning of a sentence
b) when it is used to describe god as in
'Our Father, who art in heaven
hallowed be thy Name,
thy kingdom come, etc.

c) when it is used as a proper name for a priest as in 'Father Brutus'

"A Father goes and eat apples" should not be capitalized.
As well, he doesn't 'eat' apples. He 'eats' apples.

It should be "A father goes and eats apples".

Similarly 'The Father goes and eat watermelons" should be
"The father goes and eats watermelons" unless you are referring to a priest or minister of the cloth.

Neither of your examples are correct.
You only capitalize father when it is being used as a proper noun, like Jane or John.

Father would not give me any money.
Please pass the peas to Father, or he will go hungry.
I like Father John, he makes me think.
but
My father would not give me any money.
Please pass the peas to her father.
I like John's father.
