I ran Windows update on my XP PC and selected all. It made my Windows firewall applet break and Windows shares become unavailable. The firewall applet wouldn't opne in Control panel.

I fixed it by reinstalling XP SP2.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

He flirts alot but he still claims he loves me.We live in the same same city but, he hardly has time for me. He calls his other girlfriends more than he calls me especially when we have an argument.And I have a feeling he actually sleeps with them once in a while.The thing is, he doesnt like talking about our problems any attempt will resolve in an argument. Just like Islam, Christianity has been the source of much killing in the world, as well as misogyny and hate of the body and sexuality. It has also fostered an Imperial mission which destroyed many lives and killed ways of life, just like the Western world thinks that Muslims are taking away their way of life. As an atheist, I think it is hypocritical the way in which Christians disregard their own history when abusing and disrespecting another religion. Why can they not accept the evils of their own religion instead of projecting the same criticisms on that of another? Shouldn't they just keep their mouths closed? And also, is the secular point of the view the only legitimate one in this debate?

I pay for my items and the cashier gave me my bags of item with a smile. Came home and check my stuff and missing 2 items that the cashier must of not hand me in the bagging place. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I'm thinking of going there and talk to them about it but I also want to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I know sometimes they make mistakes but it's a hassle to drive up there and try to talk with them. I don't know if they will believe me though. Any suggestion on what I should do or say?

2 me life is almost planned b4 ur born. Ur brought in2 this life 2 go 2 school 4 12 yrs, & need good enought grades 2 go 2 college or university, & need that in order 2 get a well enough job, u then meet someone, get married & have children, work 40-50yrs of ur life, then with children & work gone, u have nothing 2 fill ur day, & do nothing but truely wait 2 die. To me we are brainwashed in2 thinking that school, & having a family is what makes us successful, but y should we be slaves 4 ppl, & do their work only 2 make them richer, & bring in a living being into this world that we have a great chance of ruining their lives 4 our lives & jobs r more important? If were privileged enough to be born, then y not live our lives to the fullest? Explore our world that we should be greatful for, learn 2 take care of ourselves rather than others do it for us, not be controlled or overpowered by ppl no more important than u or i, & be free to live in this once beautiful world that weve killed

The first five books of the Old Testaments are known as the Torah in Judaism whereas the Old Testament as a whole is sacred to Christians.
What exactly are the differences in interpretation?
I mean, can someone explain to me how are two religions which believe in the same book so different that one attaches divinity to Jesus and the other sees him as a good Jew (while the followers of this Jew are Christians)?
Just want to resolve my ambiguities while understanding the two religions; I like to look for similarities across religions and try to understand the differences.

My Toyota Corolla started having hard time to start pumping oil. I notice that every time I start engine it gets longer and longer for the oil pump to work untill it went dead totally. We tried to trace all possible causes but could not make it work again.

Could it be because oil is oozing out of the pump and it gets dry which is the reason for hadr sucktion? Could it also be the reason why it wont work because we installed it unlubricated again? What would expertyou suggest.
