It depends on the requirements of the area she's in. LLB is all you need to practice in, say, the UK I believe, but she may still have to pass some test.

In the US, lawyers have to join the local bar association. They also have to pass the bar exam in each state they want to practice in. Someone coming over with just a LLB likely wouldn't have the educational requirements to even sit for the bar exam.
