the easiest way to go is to major in bio and not pre-med. because if for some reason you can go back to school to get your full med degree. you have more chances getting a job with a bachelors in bio than premed

What country are you in?

In the US, each med school has its own list of required courses. They don't care what you get your bachelor in as long as you take those required courses (most of the courses are the same at all the schools).

There's typically no "pre-med" major in US schools. Most pre-med kids here major in one of the bio or chem majors, but you certainly don't have to and will stand out more if you don't.
