Lately I've been real depressed I've had anxiety and have been really shakey .i feel like talkin to somebody and i mean i get along with my mom and all but i dont feel comfortable right now around her and i wish to talk to my best friend but she lives in mexico i mean i'm always nervous i cry alot and i've been hitting myself i've also been taking some pills that get me all crazy i take slleping pills so when i'm in bed i dont cry or anything i just go to sleep but what i'm realy worried about is before i had a drinkin problem i went to mexico and stayed there for a year a came back to california 4 months ago i hadnt drinked any alcohol or anything and now i'm drinking again it was pretty bad before and i get desperate exactly like before i get real desperate for a drink or a ciggarette i started with my bestfriend i mean in mexico everything is regal and right here it's not because i'm a minor and i dont wanna get my mom in trouble i need help but dont know who to talk to ???

it does bother me sometimes as its been happening ever since the middle of last year. its where im being chased by flocks of people, things or sometimes just the unexplainable. i usually have to hide or keep on running but ive never been captured before. i hope someone can help me. itd be nice too put an end to it.

Technology is a good thing in many ways...it can help with education, it's vital for a lot of health care procedures, it creates jobs, etc.

However, it can be a bad thing in many ways as well. For example, look at the statistics of obesity in children today - they'd rather stay in and play video games, watch TV or be on the computer instead of being outside, playing and discovering in the "real world". Relationships are being hurt because of technology addiction (video game addiction, computer addiction, etc).

With all this technology, are we forgetting about real life?

What are your thoughts?

Maybe someone can help determine if my dreams mean im living in another life..if this message doesnt give enough details please email me for any more curious information i'm very interested in hearing since others out there might be able to relate that can help. For some reason mine seems surreal as if im living in another world or dimension continuing from the last it left off, at times im afraid to go to sleep wondering where it'll take me next sometimes i can't wait.. but i recall smells, people, details, colors,, most of the time i'm traveling alone, being a s mom, it's bzzare to believ, but it's been going on for many years now. Sometimes 'things' in real life happen after ive waken from one of the dreams thatve had an exact incident happen in them.. i'd like to know more about the reasons y i dream like this and never heard anyone come forward if others can relate or might be just afraid to, pleeze do. i don't want to feel like the only 1 who dreams this way. Is this rare?

Ok, I have finally found a sport that I am really good in. That is in basketball, but I have a problem. Each time I start running my chest starts hurting. I can't breath or anything. So I went to the doctor. They put me on everything. For my lungs, heart, everything. NOTHING!!!! They can't find anything. I don't have a problem with my lungs or heart. And I don't have asma either. I am fit and trim. And I play basketball every two days. What's wrong with me??????? Am i broken. Please Help!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!
