Majority of the people are now returnees (≈ 350 HH according to UNORC, Oct 2006) living either in temporary shelters or in permanent houses. Even if some problems occurred concerning shelter building (ownership of land, type of house expected by the beneficiaries not always fitting with NGOs initial proposition), which made the construction process slow, *the situation is going ahead*.

like, the construction will keep on going no matter how slow or delayed it is. they will build till forever till its done
