Maybe someone can help determine if my dreams mean im living in another life..if this message doesnt give enough details please email me for any more curious information i'm very interested in hearing since others out there might be able to relate that can help. For some reason mine seems surreal as if im living in another world or dimension continuing from the last it left off, at times im afraid to go to sleep wondering where it'll take me next sometimes i can't wait.. but i recall smells, people, details, colors,, most of the time i'm traveling alone, being a s mom, it's bzzare to believ, but it's been going on for many years now. Sometimes 'things' in real life happen after ive waken from one of the dreams thatve had an exact incident happen in them.. i'd like to know more about the reasons y i dream like this and never heard anyone come forward if others can relate or might be just afraid to, pleeze do. i don't want to feel like the only 1 who dreams this way. Is this rare?

I dream constantly. I will tell you this. I have had similar experiences. As a twin (in real life) I have even shared same and like dreams of my sister. More than a few occassions, I have experienced real life situations that reflect my dreams to a"T"... Other people who experience this are either dismissing it as nothing, not connected enough to actually realize it, or possibly forget they even dreamed it.
My intuition tells me that you are a dark hair, female in your early twenties and you are a little freaked that these dreams are happening. You want to understand what the deal is...... I am guessing that your dreams act up when there is a LOT more stress going on in your life too. Your mind is rolling 24/7 and you need to just try a cup of tea and a hot bath and say to yourself. "Everything is ok...." Climb in bed with a good book (Silvia Browne's son wrote a book called "My Psychic Journey) and it would be fitting for what you are asking about.......
Just don't stress, take a deep breathe and "Go with it...."
I won't discredit your question though. While I do not believe that anyone is "truly" psychic, I DO believe that every human has a very intuitive side. Some people have more developed intuitive sides than others. You are probably one of them.
My recomendation, start off with a good pen and a notebook. Journal your dreams. It will help you get more connected and better understand the trend going on in your head.......
Now, when you say you often feel uneasy about going to bed, is that because the dreams are upsetting sometimes? This may have more to do with stress or the excitment you are experiencing when you entertain the possibility you may ave a better connection to life's surroundings than others?
If it is just an anxiety you feel, then I suggest you visit the thought that something traumatic, overwhelming or super stressful may have more to do with these vivid dreams that seem to happen in real life........... Many people don't realize how intuiive they are naturally and they surprise themselves when they actually "Call something" prior to.......
But, like I said. JOURNAL IT..... You will soon understand what is going on. I promise.

I have read we dream to let go of our real life problems, fantacys and so on....Thats called a release dream
Astro travel dreams mean your dreaming of flying in air (not in a plane) to another place, maybe even to your parents or friends. Your spirit is leaving your body while dreaming and visiting somewhere else. Sometimes when you wake up the person you visited you can't stop thinking about so you go and see them.
My mother called me and told me my darling daughter Angelina visited her last night and I said I believe you mom because when she woke up she said Grandma. I kid you not that was her first word when she opened her eyes at me.
I believe you were dreaming what you have been mentioning, is a way for you to get all your thoughts out of your head since your single and don't have anyone to share them with.
Silvia Browne shes a Physic read her books she will answer more than just that question and you will be overwhelmed and you'll be able to interpret every question you ask. She is on Montel Wednesdays my time 10:00 A.m i'm from Vegas.
Dreams can happen for real too. Our spirit guides warn us, it's all in Silvia Brownes books.

Ok! This is going to sound bizarre - but I think that you have what I will call a "super intelligent sensitivity". This means that you are so aware- super aware. Your brain is calculating, sensing, and memorizing everything that comes in.
All this is happening within your sub-conscious.
I thought I was loosing my mind at one time when I started having dreams that came true (only 3). At the time I was having sleep difficulties. I had sleep paralysis that progressed into what felt like petit mall seizures, like a buzzing electrical sensation all through my body.
Because I want to know everything, I studied that as it happened and tried a lot of things to make it stop. When I completely relaxed it turned into a soothing feeling instead of a scary one. After a while all my sleep problems seized.
I started analyzing my dreams willing myself to become aware as I was dreaming- sounds nutty I know, but I discovered that I was making up my dreams!! What a big wow!
That's what is happening every time you dream, but because it is on a subf-conscious level, you aren't aware of it.
Your brain is picking up on things you aren't even aware of until you see them in your dreams.
This is too long I know- If I might, I'll elaborate in an email.

I have had dreams similar. They can really freak you out when the things that happen in your dream happen in real life. In my case I have one dream I have had at least once a year, every year, for 15+ years. The dream foretells what I believe to be my death. I have had the dream so many times that I now know details that usually one would never even notice. I also know the date and exact time. It is all kinda creepy.

I know sort of what you are feeling....I am often scared to go to sleep....I have dreams that put me in a situation where I have to kill to survive or know that i am going to be murdered...I have come to the conclusion that my past life was either a soldier or someone who feared for their life in some sort of war....I think you should visit Sylvia Browne's site....it talks a lot about past lives and such...i too can remember from my dreams...the way i Physically felt...also mentally what i was thinking....I cannot however wake myself up in my dreams to tell myself i AM dreaming...I live another life!
hope this is a little closure
