yes...my daughter is a stylist. she informs her clients that come in wearing a hat that it makes the hair thin or even fall out. It doesnt let the pores get enough air and traps the oil on scalp.

Yes it is possible due to the fact that always wearing a hat can suffocate the hair follicle. In most cases, however, this is is not the sole reason for hair loss. Usually there is already an existing condition resulting in hair loss and the wearing of hats tends to increase the rate of loss.

It will take a long time but yes, eventually your hair will become weak and start to fall out.
