if you have excess weight you would do well to monitor what you consume against what your body burns in a day. you might be advised to eat less or change your eating pattern. snack more often in a day instead of three square meal for instance.

if you are not burning enough of what you consume, your body tends to store it thus the excess weight. becoming more active in your daily routine would help to burn off the excess.

i could suggest that you combine a work out regimen with swimming and you'd start to develop a slim fit body that is "to die for".

Follow the Weight Watchers diet. Go to the meetings if you want but I just follow the plan.
