I am starting a record label in Los Angeles, CA and I was surfing through the internet and saw another record label in Belin, Gemany with the same name. What am I supposed to do am I allowed to use this name, I do not want to use another name because it took me about a couple months to get convinced into using this name and I like it. So if I'm not allowed to use it are there several ways I can get by and use the name i want?

things have been complicated with my ex-girlfriend lately. we've been broken up for almost a year now. she currently has a boyfriend. she told me 3 days ago that she misses me as her boyfriend and kissed me. well, i don't know what to make of that since she is still with her current boyfriend. anyway, we're going to orlando next weekend because i won the airline tickets. unfortunatly we get in saturday night and leave early monday morning. though we're just going as friends and she's even been specific about two beds. she's stressed that she doesn't want to cheat on her bf, though she kinda already did obviously. honestly i dont think she likes him that much but i could be wrong. i know they fight a lot. well, i can't help but think i have to at least try to do something to see if i can get her back, especially after what she told me 3 days ago. any ideas?she's never even been to florida and i'm pretty much hoping that she'll just be having fun and will almost forget about her bf.

From his speech:

But then he said,
"...to further protect America against severe disruptions to our oil supply, I ask Congress to double the current capacity of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. America is on the verge of technological breakthroughs that will enable us to live our lives less dependent on oil."

Sounds like Bush isn't talking about less usage as much as he's talking about where to get the oil (i.e., not from the Middle East). Less than two years left in office and suddenly Bush is an environmental advocate? Doesn't he just want to chop up our forests and dig in Alaska and wherever else the oil is in the U.S. in the most unrestriced manner possible?

My husband & I have been married for 2 1/2 yrs. We're expecting a baby in 4 mths. My mother-in-law constantly talks bad about me 2everybody but acts really sweet 2my face. She lives in a really small town, where i went 2highschool, so u hear everything that is being said. I've tried 2casually talk 2her w/out accusing her of anything but she just makes it look like she doesnt know what i'm talking about. She is always trying 2make me look bad -says that i don't clean, cook, or nething else ... that my husband has 2do all the work, which isn't true. She says very hurtful things (like i purposely got pregnant so that my husband would be stuck with me --which isnt true, we have a solid marriage &were very much in love)I have kept my mouth closed 4over 2yrs &i'm tired of always getting ran over. My husband is very passive & won't say nething but i think it's time 2tell her what i think. My problem is I don't know what 2do & I'm so upset that i don't think i can say it nice. What do i do?

I'm looking to replace my current PC, and one of the sticking points is what video card to get. I plan on upgrading to Vista at some point, and while I don't run any super video intensive games, I notice that my current PC with its 64 MB video card is at or below the minimum for most new games, and I'm not talking FPS type games...

I haven't paid much attention to video cards for the last few years, and notice that many video cards now share the PC's primary memory as opposed to using their own?

It seems that "NVIDIA GeForce 6150" is the default option for a lot of the systems I am looking at.

So, is that a good card? Should I be looking at only a video card with onboard memory?

I need a $95,000 mortgage - the property is a 2 story house on 2.5 acres of mixed use/commercial property. I've talked to an appraiser and he said it was worth around $125,000. I make $1200 a month with average credit. Would this be possible or would I need a "cosigner"? What would that entail?

I have a Gateway laptop running on AMD Sempron, and wish to purchase a HDD Camera. Could anybody tell me what level Pentium is equivilent to my AMD Sempron. Also, am I likely to encounter any problems by using AMD or do all products run on either AMD or Pentium providing the right level of either is used??

My check engine light has been on and the dealer says I have a bad oxygen sensor. It's a 2003 Caravan and I was under the hood last night to see how difficult it would be to change the sensor. They also told me my throttle body needed cleaning so when I went to check it out I realized they didn't put the intake hose from the air cleaner to the throttle body on all the way. After I checked it and put the hose on correctly the check engine light went off after I drove about 30 miles. I put the two things together and wonder if the sensor is really bad or the readings were off because of a lose intake hose. Anyone have any advice on this?

I can burn cd-r audio cds but when I try to burn audio mp3 files onto my cd-rw's using winmedia it says its burning and it finishes ejects the cd and then there is nothing on it. I did burn one that works though but it wont work again.
