a couple of weeks ago my boyfriend and father of my 3yo child, thought it would be fun to get on the internet after i had gone to bed and sign up on a website to meet local women just for sex. He then accidently left his user name and password on the table where i found it in the morning. when i asked him about it he said it was just for fun i had to cry for the whole day before he would apologise, but after i calmed down he said he wasn't sorry and that it was all a bit of fun. i feel i have a right to be upset but he doesn't seem to care

I started my university in October 2006 and i droped out becuase i was not happy with the course and now i have taken a gap year. i was thinking of applying to university this year but i dont whether i should or not because i would be married in july and i dont know if i can cope with it. I just baught a new LCD HD TV but i only have a coax cable going into the TV. The TV has a HD tuner built in and i can tell the HD channels are a lot more detailed. Am i seeing HD tv or can it be better? Do i still need a digital cable box to see TV in Digital cable or does my HD tunner do it for me?

My partner stopped claiming the above benefits 1.5 years ago.

HMRC are now asking her to repay £2,450 because she failed to return an application form (they say).

Has anyone else had a similar thing happen?
She was entitled to the money and surely the payers have a duty to chase these forms as a % will always get lost in the post?

Any tips / help appreciated.

BTW we are both full time, hard-working taxpayers, not scroungers!!

I need to take my letting agency to small claims court over my deposit not being paid and I just wondered if there are details of other people doing the same (there must be) and how I can find them. The company is Loft Lets, based in Islington, London, and they have withheld my deposit now for 8 months without giving account of what it's been spent on. I've been round the flat since and it's exactly the same, except for a new floor, which, due to the inspection taking place a day late, they ripped up before the inspection even took place!!!
