I'm 16 and I'm gonna go out for varsity football this fall. I am pretty muscular, run the 40 yard dash in under 5 and I'm good at playing football. There are a few problems though and they are, I'm horribly out of shape and I get injured pretty easily. What are some ways I can get into better shape for football and also prevent injuries once I get out there to play? Any suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks.

i just got a USB for my PSP, but i don't know how to download. i plugged one side of my USB into my PC and the other one into my PSP( for my PC i plugged in the USB 2.0).
nothing came up when i plugged the USB--i even went to my computer to cheack. um...after plugging in the USB, is there a website that i can download stuff of for free?

My wife is bi-polar...she stays up to1am then goes to bed. she gets up at 6 to get the kids up for school and then crashes for another 4-5 hours. I think this is dangerous for because I read it may lead to more manic behavior, but her psychiatrist syas it won't it is just a circadian rythym problem. But my other argument is she is hypersexual acting, because she is cyber chatting to lesbians when she stays up. so what od you think?

could you buy a computer processor off of like ebay or something, and then put it into your laptop? if you can, how do you? my computer is run on 1.73 Ghz and i wanna buy a 2.80 Ghz processor so it will run hecka faster. please let me know anything and everything you know about this stuff.

Actually, it's my partner. For the past few months, and usually in the evenings, she's felt like she was out of breath, or as she put it, "my breath wouldn't turn over." What's wrong? She's in her mid-twenties, exercises regularly, just a hair heavier than average, doesn't smoke or drink, and was never diagnosed with asthma.

Obviously, we're not looking for a full diagnosis. She's going to the doctor on Monday. We're just hoping to find out possible causes and if to see if there was any way to alleviate this in the short term. Thanks!

My yearling thinks he is a puppy. Everytime we go for a walk my mini bites and chews at the leadrope. He shakes it back and forth and it makes it very difficult to walk with him. His head is constantly down trying to get a hold of the lead rope. I tried to shake the lead rope, but he is starting to jump or rear at the sound and I get real scarried. Did I train him to rear or is he just scarried too? I quit doing it because I don't want him to jump up and now he is back to chewing and playing with the leadrope again in his mouth. I'm not getting no where. He also bites at my hand, legs and nothing works, it only gets worse. I already thought about selling him because I can't handle him. I only had him for 4 weeks. Please help. Thanks for reading.
