my mobile is of model nokia 6070,it just slipped from my hand yesterday.so i am not able to hear the ringtone when i get a call.it is not in silent mode.but all other features are working properly.what should i do

just switch off the mobile take out the battery and after 5 min insert it again and switch it on it will work

Dear Rani
This is not a major problem, there might be a reason of not sound of Ringtones etc. from your mobile is that the Speaker wire might have been removed by accidentaly when it was sleeped from ur hand.
I fix all these small problmes myself. This is very small problem, open all screws of your mobile and insert the speaker wire again. it will work but if u are not friendly with these things just take this to authorised service center.

Try shaking u r mobile if it still dosen't work, i think crystal inside might be broken.
