Question

Ok, my boyfriend say that i look just fine and that i dont have to lose any wieght, and i just want to know if i do or not, and if my boyfriend just wants to make me fill good or is really telling me that truth?
I am 5'7 and i wight 203 pound, should i lose weight? and im 14

that is a personal opinion that you have to make up for yourself.

a dietician would tell you that you need to loose weight, the average weight for your height is between 122-149, but it is your choice.

If you aren't comfortable with how you look then change (it's difficult though, believe me, I used to weight 269 lbs.). Take it day by day, but remember that what is really important, is how you think of yourself.

There are guys who are chubby chasers and go for heavy women. Yes, Elizabeth. I'm afraid that you are obese. If you are happy with that and your boyfriend is happy with it, well then that's fine, but you aren't very healthy. Check out your body mass index here:

dont want to be mean but you need to cuz your to big for your age you should be like130 or something.just drink a lot of water and no fast food and no soda at all,that will help you a lot and try to walk as much as you can and you will see the difference.i am not trying to be mean i just want to help you out cuz i was like that to not to long ago but i did what i said and it help so just try it!!!
