My husband recently spent 18 days in the hospital due to severe pnemonia and kidney failure. Now the lungs are looking good, but his kidneys are not functioning. He can urinate "some" like maybe a half a cup for the entire day, how likely can kidneys begin to function normally again?

I have a program that will compress the files to a more storage friendly size, but I'm afraid it will take away from details when printed. That has made me hesitant on reducing their size but it is eating up so much room on my hard drive with the mass number of pictures I take. I guess I could save them to a CD, it justs more convenient to have them in the computer. Any suggestions?

on a car speaker, there is a large(1/4") and a small(<1/8") spade fitting.
the small one is positive, right? there is no + mark on the speaker.

Home receivers have a THD rating that shows how much distortion they have.
Is there any similar rating for car speakers to show how accurate they are?
If there isnt, what is a good way to select speakers, either in a store or online.

You remember those "Sea Monkey" adds in the back of comic books, that you could order and they came in a package and then you threw them in water and they would swim around? Well my male cat that I've had for a few years now and is about 2 yrs old or so, he always jumps up on the kitchen counter to drink out of the sink. Now I have a younger cat a female whos close to a year old or so, she jumps up there everytime i go in there to prepare food. she gets right up in ur plates and stuff! And when no one is even in the kitchen she gets up there and walks around and sniffs around and if u have left food out shes got it! i swat at her and spray her but she does it again and again. now shes got my older male cat doing it and he knows better. now he gets up there and gets into food and the other morning i found a new loaf of bread with a hole in the package and a couple pieces of bread eaten. when i picked it up both cats started acting guilty. I get on to them both time and time again. but they dont stop. how can i get them to stop? my older cat knows better though but hes following what the younger cat does. so how can i stop them?

If most of the stars in the universe, or at least our galaxy are red dwarfs, much cooler than our sun, could life evolve on a planet with a red dwarf as its sun? Do you think she will come back to me? What do you think girls?
Need some more opinions on this. She dumped me two weeks ago (mostly my fault). She texted me a week after saying she misses me. I called the next day to see if she wanted to meet. She didn't reply but sent me a text saying "i don't know what i want to do. Just give me a while. I'm sorry". My response was "No worries. If you give me a chance to show you change rather than tell you that would be great. If not, that's okay too. Sometimes you get one shot and if that's the case here than there is nothing i can do. I hope you let me win your heart. take care."
Did I do the right thing here? Its been four days since these texts and she hasn't replied. I am moving on regardless. She won't call me back so I can apologize. I don't know what else to do. Should I just wait? Does anyone think she will reconsider since she said she miss me? What do you guys think? Good response? She won't contact so I am shy to go after her more.
