My adult children would like to know if their Grandmother (on their fathers side, Oct.2004) left any thing to them, money or her personal effects. It was stated she had no will. It went into Probate court 2004/2005 .The neighbor tat lived next door to their Grandmother took care of the Probate. I have been in an ugly divorce with my kid's father and they are not in communication with him currently ( he LIES about everything ) How can they find out , with out having to go thru their own father.? ( by the way , their father's name is now on the deed to the Grandmothers house, along with the widowed husband.)

I need someone who understands about hunting to explain to me about it. How is it a sport? And if it isn't a sport, what is the point of it? What is the excitement...just to see if you can shoot something? I'm not sure why that's so interesting and/or fun. Please explain everything to me.

Someone told me that he didn't really sing in HSM (high school musical) and that his friend said he was dealing drugs and that is why he is in jail now. I also heard that he killed two girls when he was drunk, but i dont know who to believe.

Mr and Ms Tainish whos son was killed in Iraq was asked to give a interview to Bob Frankin, a reporter for CNN. At the end of the interview Mr Tainish (a major USMC in vietnam) asked Bob Frankin why they report so many negative stories and never mention the good that is happening. Bob Frankin answered "Where there is no fire there is no news, if it bleeds it leads" Ms Tainish followed up by asking "so you mean you only show the negative news which emboldens the enemies and creates more death of our soldiers" to which he replies "Thats not our problem its a democracy"

I'm a 5'1", 140 lbs redhead...I've just recently chopped off a massive amount of hair. My hair was down to my elbows and because of damage done to it I've just cut it to just below chin length. I've always had so many compliments on my hair I felt like it was the ONE thing that made me stand out from the crowd and make me 'feel' pretty. Now with no flowing red locks I need some help to accent my look. I'm a short, curvy redhead with no clue how to accent my figure or do my make up. I have what some friends would call 'Good Childbearing Hips' and a small waist so finding pants that fit my hips but don't fall off of my small waist is a chore. Anyone care to give this gal a little fashion boost?

I am really confused with this guy. Me and him were really good friends and were nice and used to go over to each other's house before school started. Now that school has started he has been cating weird. I noticed that he always says stuff behind my back and always hits me for no good reason. Another day he hit me on the face for no good reason and yet he still talks to me as though I was his friend. ANother thing I have found out about him was he is like this to everyone he calls friends. My other friend and him used to be ok with each other. As usual he backstabs, then after my friend beat him up then they were friends. Same thing happened to another kid. He used to say all this stuff about him and then one day he punched him hard and they became friends. I know why because my friend is to scared cause they fight back. I never fight back and am really nice to him. Even though he backstabs he calls me his friend. Should I hit him like others? What should I do?
