im just wonderin. i visit the YMCA three times a week and run a mile.

walk a mile a day,use treadmill,lift weights,situps,pushups,
occasionally for a change I have a great jazzercize video that I work-out with,it's great. I've been trying to lose 50lbs before my birthday on Jan 20,I've lost 34lbs,I now weigh 143 so I am happy and I still have a few days left to lose a few more pounds but as long as I do it on my own in a healthy way I'll be happy with my results.

I am a trainer. I do 45 minutes of cardio:
Mon & Tues - Treadmill
Wed - Elliptical
Thurs- Stairmaster
Sat - Bike
After cardio I then do strength training for about 30 minutes
Do different machines to maximize results when doing cardio.

I take my radio-controlled car for a walk. It really is good exercise. The car has enough juice to go down to the post office and back up a steep hill.

sit ups! push ups! i run! and play a sport 1 time a day for about 2 or 3 hours.

I move muscles in my right hand most of the time & frequently my left hand pairs up with the right & they tap dance! ha ha J/k!
