Is the Logitech Harmony 550 worth what it costs?

I need a good remote for once in my life. I have probably spent over $200 on various universal remotes that SUCKED. I have a few questions about the Harmony 550 (not the most recent one) for those of you who might have it.
-Is it a learning remote?
-Can I hook it up to my computer?
-How fast does it send the command after the button is pressed? (any pause?)
-Can I create my own buttons? (my cable box remote has A, B, and C buttons that I HAVE to have)
-What is the screen for?

Have you used Ativan for fun?

I got prescribed 0.5mg of ativan for panic attacks that only hit me in certain situations. I'm also on propanolol. The Ativan seemed to do nothing really so right now i'm pretty drunk and just crushed up 3 pills and snorted it up to see what it would do. I just feel a bit drunker. Tell me i'm dumb, i know you will.

Getting a sim card in & out of an iPhone...?

How easy do youthink it'd be to move my sim card from an iPhone to another cell phone? I'm pretty sure that if I get and iPhone I'll want to use a normal cell phone some times, one with buttons, for esier use.
