Stir fries are always easy. The most difficult thing is slicing the vegetables =) I like to just add any leftover vegetables I have. My favorites include capsicum, sugar snaps and large sweet onions. For meat I prefer chicken, but beef is fine if you like. It doesn't really matter! Heat oil (fry some finely sliced/chopped garlic/ginger/onion/chili peppers if you want, for seasoning) quickly stir fry the meat (sliced thinly), then the vegetables. Some veggies you might want to stir fry longer or shorter than others, it all depends how crispy you want them to be. Finally, add some sauce if you want to. I like Asian black pepper sauce with a bit of extra soy sauce. There's plenty of things in the supermarket and maybe you don't want sauce at all, it's all good. Serve with rice or noodles, or with bread, who cares =) Just keep experimenting and you'll find your faves..
