Da Vinci Code

I choose Map of Bones. It's thrilling and exciting, as well as has more action than Da Vinci Code. Also, I think the physical proof of the point in Map of Bones is much more solid than in Da Vinci Code (the lining up between the 7 Wonders are just incredible...and it points to exactly the place the author is talking about). Not to mention the technological items are much cooler. Its plot is scientific, technological, and historical as well, which is completely better than the Da Vinci Code in my mind.

I'll take Map of Bones. Da Vinci Code was entertaining as well, but the level of action in MoB wins me over. Also DVC did seem like an amateur wrote it, especially for someone writing their fourth book.

The Da vinci Code was overrated. The ideas and storyline behind it were good, but it was much too unrealistic the majority of the book, and not very intelligently written. A fun read, nothing more.
