I'm sorry for your pain. This is just a normal part of having friendships. Pretty soon you'll find a boyfriend and she will just have broken up with hers. Then she'll be sad because you're not available when she needs you. All we can do is support our friends and continue loving them, and just be thankful for the moments we do get time together.

I experienced like you before..., we're best friends for 2 years, then suddenly she got boyfriend and she's busy with him. I'm so sad and tell her how I felt...She ignored me at first, but then she realized that she's wrong when the boyfriend left her for another girl. She said "boyfriend comes and goes but best friend always stay". I think she just being excited..
So I think it's normal to get upset...., when we have boyriend, we should never forget our best friends.

a true friend doesnt get upset over such a thing. you should be happy for your friend's new relationship and if you are supportive of it, you may be sought out more for get togethers with her. you might suggest to her, hey, let's have a cup of coffee or a walk in the park and you can tell me all about your happiness, or say for her to give you tips on a good relationship etc. peace.
