i have always had this though of, if someone did'nt like their chin, nose, mouth, etc. they could have their genes altered and it would change the feature with time.

I believe it was in the early 80's and the music video entailed her running through forests and wearing a blue velvet cloak. There was a horse drawn carriage as well. I think the song had been deleted but i need the artist to get the song....driving me crazy.....

Has any one viewed a answer that was way way wrong? I have. SO....here i go. If your not a medical expert say so in your answers. I am 45 with macular degeneration and it IS heriditary and there is a gene that they can check for now. More blue eyed people get AMD and it doesnt come from a bump on the head. I am not trained medical personnel but I am loosing my central vision to AMD and am well read in this area. I know I NEED to calm down but I believe that when a question is asked regarding a medical or life altering disease that accuracy should take the front seat. The internet was my main tool and still is, educating myself about my eye disease. Macular Degeneration is the leading cause of blindness in the United States. hitting your head is not the cause for macular degeration and I find that a insensitive hurtful remark. I am sure my mother who also AMD as well as her twin brother would agree with me.

Freud is momentarily downplayed as the rage (and hope) nowdays is neuroscience, that is using fMRI and PET to search for the mind's workings and faults. This conception is a kind of biological reductionism that is reviving in psychology after seeming to have been abandoned. Predictably, it will swing back in few years after the intial enthusiasm wears off and the "great expectations" will be replaced by frustrations. As to psychoanalysis there are many problems with it but the last generation of critics doesn't help sorting out them out. They all seem to agree only on character assassination : Freud was a charlatan and psychoanalysis is a fraud of gigantic proportions. For the rest each as his own pet theory/interpretation to promote. And they do it as cocksure and blind to self criticism as Freud did but they do it while having far less of substance to offer. For MacMillam and Shamasdani it is all suggestion and imagining things [ nevermind that the charge of suggesstion is as unfalsifiable as that of repression : once laid down there is no defense against it since anything working can be explained as working because of suggestion ]. For Borch-Jacobsen it is "mimetism", for Esterson it mixing facts with interpretations, for Crews it is pseudoscience as opposed, perahps, to English literature which is his field of expertise, for Cioffi it is "pseudo-heremeneutics" [whatever this may mean], for Szasz it is all ethics, politics, and religion. Even Sophia Freud has an opinion : it is essentially similar to Mein Kampf. Freud would be overwhelmed to know how many possible meta-interpretations he missed to consider as alternative explanations. However in truth Freud did often overstate his case-- perhaps a necessity if you want to have your points considered at all-- and it now fires back in some good critical points to be made. But none of them warrants the bashing attitude and the "final" conclusions that these new anti-freudian scholars try to promote.

Im 18 and when I met my boyfriend he already had a girlfriend but we ended up seeing each other and eventually had sex. He then broke up with his girlfriend and we are now together. The problem is I told him I'd already had sex because I was embarrased about not having done it yet and didn't think it would matter if I didn't tell him. However I did tell one of our mutual friends that I was a virgin and I think he may have told my boyfriend. The problem is I don't want to tell him but do, because i don't want him to think of me as a liar or get angry or annoyed with me and end our relationship.

We might have early civilization in history and culture but the present generation has nothing to do with it. We are all lame and lazy asse,,s and Poverty reflects itself here and there and even those who has the money they don’t support their own nation.
International organizations are trying to solve the problem by collecting money but I personaly believe to give them money will not solve the problem from it’s grassroot level, becuz the fish will help you travel safely to the next hunger it’s the fishing that will always be there. And poverty is mental as much it’s physical as long as we don’t solve it mentaly we can’t manifest it physical
I am curently studying oversea but I definetly want to go back to make a change, I first need to know what do you think Ethiopians need to learn from developed countries? what makes those countries’s economy better than us ?

My b/f and I have recently been looking at some adult web sites together, we were looking to hook up with a girl to join us only girl-girl, my b/f would just watch. However since weve been on these sites together I think he has been visiting them alot on his own and possibly joining new ones without telling me. He's got himself a new Yahoo email account and he's cleared the "history" on our computer so I cant see which sites he's been on which says to me that he has something to hide. ill be moving in a couple of months from where i live. i got this best friend who i am totally in love with and i can neaver stop thinking about her. im planning to tell her how i feel a couple of days before i move. i will still get to see her when i go coz im not moving that far so i can still visit her but its driving me crazy. All i want to do is tell her everything and see how she feels about me to but i cant risk it because we are still at school until may. It hurts so bad because i dont know what she feels. 3 guys rent aroom for 30$--10 $ apeice--later the clerk decides he has charged too much - so he takes them back 5$--they each take back 1$-making the room cost 9$ apeice with 2$ left over--3 x 9 = 27 + the 2 left over =29- so what happened to the extra dollar?
