blow dry it straight when it is wet
or
get a wet 2 straight (straightener for wet hair)

That part is wavy probably because you have very thin hair in that area, because of the sun maybe!....Iron is your best solution...or blow dry it stretching it! God Bless!

yeah just keep straightening it OR use straightening shampoo OR just curl all of your hair using curlers.
