I had an accident last saturday. The driver of the other car and I exchanged information and the police didnt come so we have no police report. He reported the accident with his insurance and I didnt with mine. We decided that we're going to wait til tomorrow (a week after the insurance), if I can just pay the damage with money out of my pocket. But now, it seems like he's charging too much so I decided to go through with the insurance companies. Should I report the incident to my insurance company? or should I just wait for them to contact me when the other driver's insurance company reports the accident to them.

Im thinking that I will just wait for my insurance company to contact me because they will know about the accident anyways. Will there be any legal issues if I dont report? What do you think?

I was out with my buddies Skip and Scotty and our girlfriends waiting to get a table at Applebees and this guys starts talking about 9-11 being an "inside job." I started talking with and listening to him saying things like "No way! Really? Yea, I remember that" and really getting serious about what this guy was saying. Then I turned to him and whispered "Hey...do you think Skip is the antichrist? I do. Look!....see how his hair sticks up? Those are horns, man! Horns!" The guy just got up and walked out of Applebees. I thought it was hilarious but my girlfriend Kate thought it was rude. What do you think?

I have bipolar and being kinda down lately I have been tending towards suicidal thoughts. I guess what I want to know is when someone gets these thoughts do they almost obsess about it? I feel like it is my own and I carry it with me everywhere. My friend my crack a joke and I laugh but then the voice reminds me oh but you have to kill yourself soon remember. Its like it wont let me be happy. I dont get why it has to be so focused when I cant even do that with any other aspect of my life. All the pain inside really throws me off and things seemlike they will be turned upside down again. I ramble but let me know if you have had a similiar experience or advice. Thanks.

Yahoo has a 'report abuse' button. I never use it, because I feel that it takes away my opportunity to educate somebody on where he/she is wrong/bad/hateful or whatever.

However, I was looking at the list of options yahoo gives us when we report people. I saw something like "Inciting Hatred".

Does an answer like "you will end up in hell" fall in that category?

When me and my boyfriend are having sex, and we are both getting pleasured all of a sudden there is like a tightness feeling down there. Someone told me that they will use a scare tactic and try to stop and make you throw it out. (Not to mention, "NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED SIGNS") I heard that if they try this tactic they have no right to prevent us from discarding food or entering the theater. I understand they want to make money and this is a business. What is our right as a customer? What is the legality behind this issue?
