well, what is it that makes you lose weight, i know it's more healthoer than McD's but if i make a regular sandwhich like subway instead of fast food is it the same as eating there or do they have fat-free stuff in their sandwhiches??

i'm trying to go or a flat tummy and well i'm thinking of eating subway well should i get the one-footer or the half?

i run a lot to lose weight and i only need to lose about 5 pounds

I met this gut through an online police forum...he is a copper. He did tell me he had a gf but that she was ok with us chattinng. She went away on holiday for 7 months. So we have become close online. We started getting really intimate....letting each other know what we like (sexually). I know its wrong f me...but I started falling for him...even without a picture . I showed him a picture of me. We didn't engage in anything but a bit of intimate talk as well as everyday talk. He said mid way through asking me to describe how I would turn him on.....that sooner or later our intimate chats would have to stop. I know I have no right really to be hurt....but I am. I asked him to block me from chatting and then I changed my mind. I really can not not handle rejection at all. Do you think its likely he will do this again with another girl sometime in the future. He said he loves his gf and always will. But he said that he felt bad ....mid way after asking me to describe how i'd turn him on.

my question was simple, both religions believes on one person, who will come back. so he will have to preach or support one religion either christinanity or islam. in koran, prophecy is written of coming back of jesus, and muslims are also bound to follow jesus.same is with christianity.
now my question is " ALL MUSLIMS WILL CONVERT INTO CHRISTIANS OR ALL CHRISTIANS WILL CONVERT INTO MUSLIMS?

what if i just dont want to exist? i mean like, not go to heaven or hell. it wasnt my choice to live. i was forced into it. for god loved the world so much that he forced humanity into existence, so that even if they should kill themselves, they will spend a miserable eternity in hell, as opposed to not existing in either heaven or hell, which would remove the burden of hell actually. how can i get god to hate me so much, that he doesnt even want me in hell, or in existence? by the way, im a "born again" christian. way to glorify god, eh? what choice do i have.

For a person I know is who married but getting a divorce and moved on w/a ladyfriend, and myself who met him when I was still single, now married and also getting a divorce...we are staying good friends trying to keep in touch by calling...I still have deep feelings for him and I think he is the one for me....What I guess I am asking is...Should I try with all my power to do what I have to to go be with him?? Meaning get a job, save up, get divorce final and once I know I have enough money saved, move up to where he is??

I used to have acrylic (solar nails) for three years straight, then just got tired of getting them done every two weeks.
