US admits the war for hearts and minds in Iraq is now lost Pentagon

HE Pentagon has admitted that the war on terror and the invasion and occupation of Iraq have increased support for al-Qaeda, made ordinary Muslims hate the US and caused a global backlash

Your source is over two years old. Try something a little more recent. Allow me to remind you what has happened since the date of your reference/source article (December 2004).

1. John Kerry lost the presidential campaign.
2. Saddam Hussein has been captured and executed.
3. WMDs have been found.

An ancient article with no quotes for sources or even a reference to the name of the document it claims to be citing...

No exactly a compelling argument you've got there.

There are 140,000 troops in iraw, ask them about the mission and the "hearts and minds" of the Iraqis.

This is one of the most blatant liberally biased pieces I've seen in awhile!

DON'T believe everything you read as gospel. The press is a willing accomplice to the left wing radicals of the Democratic party. Don't be afraid to get your news from other sources, ie: Talk radio and Fox News.

And on Iraq, talk to a soldier and see what they have to say.

I hope so, until the US is willing to take their hearts and minds instead of trying to win them, we are wasting our time and the lives of our own.
