US embassies don't accredit such organizations. I've worked in US embassies for over 20 years and never heard of them. And to quote an earlier answer about WEALC:

"Its website states that Wealc was incorporated and is headquartered in London, however there is no mention in its website of any London Office. Also the website domain (wealc.com) is registered to a "LR" with address in New Mexico.

The only information that someone could find on wealc is coming from its own website, surely an 8 years old World Coalition which works internationally with governments such as the English, German and Canadian would be mentioned more, would it not? "

Best guess, it's a ripoff and a cam.
