I have had dogs my whole life and thought I had heard everything about toxic foods but i just learned this. I followed up with research and it appears to be true. Has anyone ever experienced a problem with feeding their dog onions or garlic for that matter?

Hubble and Chandra get pictures of deep space, other galaxies. Why can't we get pics of closer objects like other planets? Someone once said it would be like taking a picture inside your house, you wouldn't be able to see much, just one side of one room. But with our advanced technology, looks like we could get close up pics of other planets. We are closer to them than galaxies in deep space. Why not?

Is it better to put liquid medications in a checked bag or in the carry on bag? I read on the TSA Gov website that they must be declared to an officer at the checkpoint: should I declare them also if they are in my checked bag?
Also, are there restrictions about fitotherapy or omeophatic medications?

I'm home studying for a statistics exam (school level). Part of the syllabus is "seasonal variation, trend, short term and random variation. However, it's not in my text book! Any basic formulae for "moving averages to estimate seasonal effect, to deseasonalise series and make short term forecasts" would be appreciated.

There is a woman who is a Catholic school teacher (I think; missed the first 15 mins) and a Pakistani muslim man who got together, but the relationship was a secret. They took a weekend trip to Spain where he told her he was getting married to a cousin in 9 weeks. It was on either Sundance or IFC. Darn it, I fell asleep before the end. i only drink at the weekends, usually both friday and saturday/ on friday night i might have a quater bottle of vodka and a few alcho pops. on saturday nights i dont know how much i drink because im in the pub but its always over 6 drinks. and im usually drunk both them nights. its this ok because i do try to be heathy but i want to have fun as well.

My aquarium is about 10 days old and has had fish in it about a week (I used Cycle to mature the bacteria levels quickly so I could add fish after 2 days). The nitrite levels are showing as 'harmful' - ie not good over long periods for the fish. How long will it be before the 2nd type of bacteria kicks in to convert the nitrite to nitrate? And is there anything I can do to speed it up? The 4 fish seem to be ok, perhaps breathing a little quickly.
